The predictable rehabilitation of the edentulous full arch with current techniques and materials in implantology is an exacting science. Digital prosthetically driven treatment planning and guided surgery have however enhanced the predictability of treatment outcomes. This All in one course on All on X will teach you everything you need to know to start providing full arch implant rehabilitation in your practice. The course incorporates software based treatment planning as well as CAD software design and CAM production of the provisional and definitive prostheses. While possibly focused on guided full arch implant surgery, the course nevertheless teaches freehand protocols as well. Final finishing and characterization of the definitive prosthesis is also taught as part of the course and should empower the clinician to potentially consider an in-house dental laboratory. A variety of hands on exercise complement the didactic lectures.
Plan a variety of near or complete full arch implant surgery situations including:
Produce your own surgical guides with in office milling or printing and use advanced guided surgery instrumentation. A demonstration is dedicated solely to 3D printing, implant and fixation pin sleeve insertion and guide finishing. Learn also to make effective use of various types of stackable connectors, magnets and custom reinforcement bars/tubes in 3D printing.
You will learn to implement specialised protocols for intraop intraoral scanning to obtain interim digital records for centric relation and vertical dimension.
Use multiple types of implant planning software including RealGuide, BlueSky Plan and Meshmixer. All of these software will be made available to you on the course but you will be able to retain your licenses for continued use if you purchase per case exports for your future cases.
